This study aims to analyze the uniqueness of learning methods and environmental adaptation across various education systems worldwide as part of the global education mosaic. The study employs a literature review method by examining various scientific sources such as journals, books, and academic publications relevant to global education. Data were collected through library research and analyzed descriptively to understand the characteristics and educational approaches implemented in several countries. The findings indicate that each country has a distinct education system shaped by its cultural, geographical, and socio-economic contexts. Norway emphasizes nature-based learning and student independence; Switzerland implements a dual education system that integrates school-based learning with industry work experience; New Zealand develops a curriculum grounded in Māori culture that promotes inclusivity and student well-being; while China highlights strong discipline and the utilization of technology and artificial intelligence in the learning process. The study also reveals that the success of global education is influenced by three main pillars: adaptive curricula that respond to change, the strategic use of educational technology, and the strengthening of teachers’ roles through continuous professional development.
